I understand that if I attend any event while representing
HIS CALLING MINISTRY that I do it on my own free will and at
MY OWN RISK.
In the event that I get injured or any of my property
is damaged or stolen that HIS CALLING MINISTRY is
NOT RESPONSIBLE.
I agree to these terms on my own with no one forcing me to
attend any event and no one forcing me to sign this waiver.
